Challenge fearlessly,
We value the attitude of

taking on new endeavors
Sigma Electronics has expanded its business with local companies as well as major domestic and international corporations by providing high-precision balance measurement instruments. We are also actively pursuing technological innovation, working on the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
In particular, products featuring our proprietary measurement method, the "Multi-Speed Multi-Plane Method," have received the Technology Award from the Japan Society for Precision Engineering, Chugoku-Shikoku Branch, and the Technology Contribution Award from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, Chugoku-Shikoku Branch. These achievements have been recognized through the "Okayama - Our Company's Technology" certification and selection as one of the "300 Energetic Manufacturing SMEs Nationwide" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Sigma Electronics will continue to pursue further technological innovation and market expansion. We have positioned strengthening our entry into global markets as an important theme, and intend to advance initiatives toward a new stage as a company. We also value our connections with local communities. We will deepen our partnerships with local society, actively engage in local employment creation and educational support, and build trust relationships with local residents through participation in regional events and projects, supporting the development of the region together. We aim to be a bridge connecting the region and the world, continuing to evolve flexibly and powerfully in a changing society.

Sigma Electronics
delivers advancedtesting machines
infused with the
spirit of engineers.
I worked as an engineer at a steel company, maintaining equipment. After retiring at age 39, I established a system design office and began developing balance measurement instruments. This was the beginning of what is now Sigma Electronics. Today, we have grown into a specialized balancer manufacturer with over 60% domestic market share, supplying products to manufacturing sites around the world. We prioritize customer needs above all, emphasizing in-house product development where designers handle everything through manufacturing to provide the balance corrections demanded in the field. We develop everything in-house, from electronic measurement circuits to servo motor drive control and cutting operations like NC lathe functions. While it may seem inefficient, understanding all processes broadens our perspective. Because we know how things work, we can respond quickly to troubles and maintenance. We take pride in having earned high trust as a result of focusing on resolving complaints and understanding customer needs. The "Field Balancer" using the new balance correction method called "Multi-Speed Multi-Plane Method" was the first in the industry to be commercialized as a balancer capable of high-precision measurement across the entire operating range, from low speed to ultra-high speed rotation. Unlike conventional types that could only measure under rotation at a certain constant speed, by performing multi-speed measurement and computing the results using the "least squares method," we made it possible to correct across all operating speed ranges. This product was highly evaluated in the field, with inquiries coming from various sectors. These achievements were recognized, earning the Technology Award from the Chugoku-Shikoku Branch of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering in 2006, selection as one of the "300 Energetic Manufacturing SMEs" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2009, and the Technology Contribution Award from the Chugoku-Shikoku Branch of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers in March 2013. Not content with the current situation, we will continue to provide products demanded at manufacturing sites. We want to create quiet machines with advanced technology. We look forward to expanding development into the field of vibration measurement instruments and creating products that are increasingly useful to the world.
