Usage Procedure
Rental Procedure

1. Application

・

Please apply by phone, FAX, or through our website. We will assist with equipment selection and terms based on your intended use.

・

Our rental service is for corporate customers only. Individual use is not available.

・

A credit review will be conducted upon contract.

2. Delivery & Lead Time

・

We will arrange delivery to your designated location. Outbound shipping costs are covered by us.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

・

Normally, shipment is made within approximately 3 days of receiving the order. (Please allow extra time depending on circumstances.)

3. Rental Start

・

Upon delivery, please verify all accessories using the attached "Accessories List."

・

In the event of a malfunction during the rental period, please contact our Customer Support Center (TEL: 0865-42-6055, FAX: 0865-42-6067).

・

Please be sure to back up any data created during use. We cannot be held responsible for data corruption during use.

4. Payment

・

Payment is made by bank transfer to our designated account after the rental period ends.

5. Rental End

・

We will confirm the end of rental by phone, FAX, or email before the scheduled end date.

6. Return

・

When returning the equipment, please verify all accessories using the attached "Accessories List."

・

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

・

Returns should be made by the day following the rental end date, as a rule.

・

Please ensure no data remains on the rental equipment upon return. We cannot be held responsible for any residual data after return.

Defects During Rental
Defect during rental

To ensure our rental customers can comfortably use equipment during the rental period, our Customer Support Center provides technical consultation and troubleshooting support for rental items. Please contact us by phone, fax, or email.

Rental Equipment Maintenance Services

For natural equipment failures or malfunctions that occur during proper use of our rental equipment, we will provide a replacement with equivalent equipment or repair free of charge. In the case of repairs, pick-up repair is the standard process. Please refer to the Rental Terms for details.

Cases Excluded from Maintenance Services

Failures or damage caused by improper use by the customer

Cases where modifications or alterations have been made by the customer

Consumable parts (batteries, etc.) and their replacement costs

Cases where equipment has been discontinued or parts cannot be procured

Cases where repair or replacement requires excessive cost or time

Cases where separate agreements exist regarding maintenance service availability, content, or fees

Regarding the Rental Period

・

The start date is the day after product arrival (excluding weekends and holidays).

・

The rental period includes weekends and holidays.

※

During busy periods, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred dates. We appreciate your understanding.

Rental Period Extension

When Extending the Rental Period

We will confirm the end of rental before the scheduled end date. If you wish to extend, the rate will be applied based on the total rental period (existing period + extension period). Extensions are available from a minimum of 1 week and are charged in weekly increments. * Maximum rental period is 4 weeks.

Example: Extending 1 week after a 3-week contract

With a 1-week extension, the total charge will be for 4 weeks (base rate × 4 weeks).

Example: Extending 3 days after a 2-week contract

The 3-day extension will be counted as 1 week, resulting in a charge of base rate × 3 weeks.

Early Termination of Rental

When Terminating the Rental Early

If cancellation becomes necessary during the rental period, please notify us immediately. Charges will be calculated based on the actual rental period up to the point of cancellation.
